The Freedom Assistance Foundation is dedicated to assisting homeowners who have become victims of foreclosure with monetary grants, information, and support for their individual efforts to fight for their homes.
The Freedom Assistance Foundation is an IRS approved 501(c)4 “nonprofit” organization.

Homeowners requesting grant assistance will be required to provide the FAF and its representatives with all the information required to make a grant decision. In the event that the homeowner does not provide the requested information, it is understood that a final decision cannot be made.
Example of the types of documentation the FAF may require could include; foreclosure documentation for the subject property, including recorded documents, legal notices, and lender related information.
The Freedom Assistance Foundation does not practice law, provide legal advice, or engage in loan modifications. The FAF does not require or solicit distressed homeowners for any monetary deposits from those applying for grants. Any information offered by the FAF on this website, or in conversations with its representatives Officers and Directors, should not in any way be construed as legal advice, foreclosure assistance, or loan modification solicitation.
The FAF does not publish, sell, or share personal information provided to it by anyone applying for grants, or talking to its representatives with any other organizations.
